These terms govern your use of CS2GamblingReviews (the "site"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We've written them to be read, so the sections below are short and say what they mean.

1. Who we are

The site is run by the operator of CS2GamblingReviews ("we", "us" or "our"). You can reach us at contact@cs2gamblingreviews.com.

2. What the site is, and what it isn't

2.1 The site publishes reviews, ratings, guides and other information about third-party websites that offer gambling with Counter-Strike 2 skins, cryptocurrency and other forms of value. It is provided for information only.

2.2 We do not operate, own or control any gambling service. We don't accept bets, hold balances, process deposits or withdrawals, or open accounts for anyone. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a third-party site.

2.3 We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike 2 and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Other names and logos on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal gambling age where you live if that is higher, to use it.

3.2 Gambling laws differ between countries and change over time, and gambling with skins is illegal or restricted in some places. You are responsible for checking whether it is legal for you before you use any site we mention. Nothing on our site is an offer or invitation to gamble where that would be unlawful.

3.3 The sites we review set their own eligibility rules. At the time of writing, every site in our rankings restricts players in the United States and the United Kingdom. Don't use a VPN or any other method to get around a site's restrictions. Doing so may breach that site's terms and can lead to the loss of your balance.

4. Information on the site

4.1 We work to keep our content accurate and current, but third-party sites change their bonuses, odds, game modes, payment methods, fees, limits and availability without telling us. 4.2 Always check the terms on the third-party site itself before you sign up, deposit or claim a bonus. Where they differ from what we've written, the third-party site's terms are the ones that apply to you.

4.3 Ratings and reviews are our opinions, based on our own testing and the criteria on our how we rate page. Your experience may be different.

4.4 Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Gambling carries risk, and you can lose all of the money or items you stake. Examples and past results we describe don't predict future outcomes.

5. Affiliate links

5.1 Many links from the site to third-party gambling sites are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you sign up or deposit through them. Our affiliate disclosure explains how this works.

5.2 Commissions don't change the price you pay or the terms you receive from a third-party site, and they don't affect our ratings.

6. Third-party sites and external links

6.1 The site links to websites we don't control, including gambling sites, Steam and support organizations. We aren't responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, products or services, or for any loss you suffer through using them.

6.2 A link is not an endorsement of everything on the linked site. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms.

6.3 Any dispute you have with a third-party site, including about deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, identity checks or account closures, is between you and that site. If you contact us we may offer general advice, but we can't act on your behalf or resolve the dispute.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 The text, rating methodology, design, graphics and other original content on the site belong to the operator of CS2GamblingReviews or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

7.2 You may view, print and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use, and quote short extracts with a link back to the original page. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from our content, in whole or in substantial part, without our written permission.

7.3 Third-party trademarks and logos shown on the site remain the property of their owners.

8. Acceptable use

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• break any law, or encourage anyone else to
• scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use automated tools that put unreasonable load on it, apart from ordinary search engine indexing
• try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its admin area, servers or databases, or interfere with its security
• upload or send malware or anything else designed to cause harm
• send spam, phishing or deliberately misleading content through our contact form
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection with any organization
• generate fake clicks on our affiliate links or otherwise manipulate them

We may block access to the site for anyone who breaks these rules.

9. Messages you send us

9.1 When you send us a message through the contact form or by email, you confirm that its contents are accurate to the best of your knowledge and don't infringe anyone else's rights.

9.2 If your message includes a tip, a correction or an account of your experience with a site, you allow us to use that information to check and improve our content. We won't publish your name or quote your message publicly without asking you first.

9.3 We aren't obliged to reply to every message or act on every suggestion. How we handle the personal data in your message is described in our privacy policy.

10. Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

11. Limitation of liability

11.1 To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. That includes losses from gambling, from using any third-party site, and from changes to third-party offers, as well as indirect or consequential loss and loss of profits, data, skins, cryptocurrency or other items.

11.2 Where our liability can't be excluded but can be limited, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the site is limited to USD 100.

11.3 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited or excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you're a consumer, you keep any rights that mandatory consumer law gives you.

12. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you agree to compensate us for any claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

13. Changes to the site and these terms

13.1 We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time, including reviews, rankings and features.

13.2 We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of CS2GamblingReviews is established. The courts of that country have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away any protection you have under the laws of your country of residence.

15. General

15.1 If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

15.2 If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.

15.3 These terms, together with our privacy policy and cookie policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the site.
