Informativa sull'affiliazione

Questa pagina non è ancora stata tradotta, quindi stai leggendo l'originale in inglese.

The short version: when you go from our site to a gambling site and sign up or deposit, that site may pay us a commission. It doesn't cost you anything, and it doesn't change our scores.

The longer version follows.

Most links from our pages to the CS2 gambling sites we review are affiliate links. That includes the visit and bonus buttons on our rankings, reviews and bonus code pages. Each one carries a referral tag that tells the site the visitor came from us. Our promo code works the same way: enter it when you sign up and the site credits the referral to us.

Every affiliate link is marked as sponsored in our page code, using the rel="sponsored" attribute that search engines expect on paid links. Links to other kinds of sites, like Steam support pages or help organizations, are ordinary links, and we earn nothing from them.

How we get paid

Each gambling site runs its own affiliate program, and depending on the agreement we're paid in one of these ways:

  • a one-off fee when someone we referred makes a first deposit
  • a percentage of the revenue the site earns from players we referred, over time
  • a combination of the two

Revenue share means, in plain terms, that we earn more when referred players lose money on that site. You should know that, because it's exactly the kind of incentive that bends a review when nobody is watching. It's also why we keep firm rules between the money and the scores.

It doesn't change what you pay

You pay the same as anyone else. Deposits, case prices, fees and odds are identical whether you arrive through our link or type the address yourself. The welcome offer is usually the same or better with our link or code, since affiliate codes often come with an offer attached.

It doesn't change our scores

Every site is scored on the same six weighted criteria, and the ranking order follows those scores. How much a site pays us, or whether it pays us at all, isn't one of the criteria. Sites we earn from sit at every level of our table, including the very bottom, and the reviews of lower-rated sites say plainly why we wouldn't use them.

Operators can't pay to move up the table, have a review rewritten or have a criticism removed. The full method is on our how we rate page, and the rules our team works under are in our editorial policy.

Why we're telling you

Because you should know who pays for what you read. It's also what regulators expect. The US Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements, and similar rules in other countries, require sites like ours to make commercial relationships clear. We'd rather be more open than the rules require.

The gambling sites we link to are for adults only, and none of them accept players from the US or UK. Please check that gambling is legal where you live before you follow any link, and read our responsible gambling page if you're unsure whether it's still fun.
